Governing Law:
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website or purchases made through it shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Eligibility:
Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering as users of this website or transacting on it.

Payments:
If you make a payment for our products or services through our website, the payment details you are asked to provide will be transmitted directly to our payment service provider through a secure connection.

Cardholder Responsibility:
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records along with all merchant policies and terms.

Warranty Information

Warranty Duration:
Mattress Mania provides a Limited Warranty of up to ten (10) years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects (duration depends on model and manufacturer).

What is Covered:
This Limited Warranty covers the following:

  • Physical flaws in the mattress that cause the foam or materials to split, crack, or break under normal use.

  • Manufacturing defects in the mattress cover, including fabric tearing or stitching coming apart.

What is Not Covered:
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear or damages caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.

  • Issues related to firmness, comfort preferences, or mattress weight.

  • Damage due to improper storage, handling, or transportation.

  • Mattresses used for commercial purposes (e.g., hotels, rental properties).

Voiding the Warranty:
The warranty will be void if:

  • The mattress is soiled, stained, or not maintained in a clean condition (cleanliness is subject to Mattress Mania’s inspection).

  • There are signs of improper use such as burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or mishandling.

  • The mattress has been used on an unsuitable base or foundation that does not provide adequate support.

Making a Claim:

  • To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Mattress Mania with proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect.

  • Mattress Mania reserves the right to determine if the issue is a genuine manufacturing defect or caused by misuse.

  • Warranty service is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. In cases where discontinued models cannot be repaired, Mattress Mania may offer:

    • A 50% credit toward your original purchase price, OR

    • A 40% discount on a new mattress (whichever is lower).

  • Warranty can be claimed once during the warranty period.

Repairs & Temporary Mattress:

  • If a mattress requires repair, the customer must arrange alternative sleeping arrangements while the mattress is being serviced (repairs can take up to 5 working days).

  • Upon request, Mattress Mania may provide a temporary mattress free of charge (subject to availability). The replacement type may differ from your original mattress. This is an optional service and not an obligation.

Limitations:

  • Mattress Mania’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product only.

  • Transportation or shipping costs are not covered under this warranty.

  • This warranty provides specific legal rights but does not affect your statutory rights under UAE law.
