Delivery Charges
Free delivery above AED 1500 is available for mattresses in major UAE cities. Charges may apply for accessories, smaller items, or deliveries outside standard areas and will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Restrictions
Deliveries are available within the UAE only.
International shipping is not available.

Delivery Process
Accurate address and contact details are required. Customers or authorized representatives must be present to receive and sign for the order. The delivery team may contact customers to schedule a convenient time.

Missed Deliveries
Re-delivery may incur a fee if the customer is unavailable.

Assembly & Installation
Complimentary mattress and bed base setup may be provided upon request, including packaging removal.

Damages & Inspection
Inspect products on delivery.
Report any damages immediately.
Claims after acceptance without remarks may not be honored.

Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• Free from damage or wear

• In original packaging with all tags intact

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

2. Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@mattressmania.ae.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized furniture

• Mattresses or beds that have been opened or used

• Sale items and gift cards

• Hazardous or flammable items

If unsure, email us before submitting a return request.

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

• Return the original item

• Once approved, place a new order for the preferred item

5. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of approval or rejection

• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
