Standard UAE delivery takes 2–5 business days. Longer times may apply for promotions, bulk orders, or remote areas, with prior notification.

Delivery Charges
Free delivery above AED 1500 is available for mattresses in major UAE cities. Charges may apply for accessories, smaller items, or deliveries outside standard areas and will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Restrictions
Deliveries are available within the UAE only.
International shipping is not available.

Delivery Process

Missed Deliveries

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• Free from damage or wear

• In original packaging with all tags intact

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Damages or Issues
