Refund & Return Policy

Mattressmania, part of Sleepsoul G.T., features Seeron as our Hero Brand. We are committed to delivering premium-quality furniture and mattresses and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied, our refund and return policy ensures a smooth process.


1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Furniture items must be unused, in their original condition, and free from damage or wear.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@mattressmania.ae. Returns must be sent to our address as instructed. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label or pickup instructions (depending on item size)

  • Guidance on how and where to send or arrange pickup for your item

2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your furniture or mattress is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Or the wrong item was delivered

Contact us immediately at sales@mattressmania.ae so we can resolve the issue quickly.


3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture

  • Mattresses or beds that have been unsealed or used

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

If you are unsure about your item, contact us before requesting a return.


4. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return your original item following the above process.

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.


5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase is required


6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned furniture or mattress:

  • We will notify you if your refund is approved or declined

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact sales@mattressmania.ae.
