Shipping Policy

Mattressmania, part of Sleepsoul G.T., featuring Seeron as our Hero Brand, is committed to delivering your furniture and mattresses safely and efficiently across the UAE.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders placed on Mattressmania’s website are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped.


2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery within the UAE is typically completed within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • For special promotions, bulk orders, or remote areas, delivery may take longer. Customers will be informed in advance of any delays.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery is available for mattresses within major UAE cities.

  • For accessories, smaller items, or deliveries outside standard areas, a delivery fee may apply. Any charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Delivery Restrictions

  • Deliveries are limited to the United Arab Emirates.

  • We do not ship mattresses internationally at this time.


5. Delivery Process

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including building name/number, apartment or villa information, and a valid contact number.

  • Our delivery team will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery time.

  • Customers or an authorized representative must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the product.


6. Missed Deliveries

  • If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, a re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts.


7. Assembly & Installation

  • For mattresses and bed bases, our delivery team may provide complimentary installation and setup (if applicable).

  • Packaging removal can also be requested at the time of delivery.


8. Damages During Delivery

  • Customers should inspect products upon delivery.

  • Any damage or defects must be reported immediately to the delivery team and noted on the delivery receipt.

  • Claims made after delivery acceptance without remarks may not be honored.


9. Delivery Delays

  • Mattressmania is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, natural disasters, or courier company delays.
